By accessing the website mylocalgaragedoors.com or booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Estimates
Estimates provided are based on a visual “Forensic Audit.” Final pricing may adjust if hidden damage is discovered during the repair process.
2. Safety Compliance
We prioritize the safety of your home. If a system fails our 21-Point Safety Audit and a customer declines the required safety repairs, a liability waiver must be signed.
3. Warranty
Our “Ultimate Shield” and “Salt-Shield” warranties apply only to parts and labor provided by My Local Garage Doors and may require documented quarterly maintenance via the ProShield App.
4. Limitation of Liability
My Local Garage Doors is not liable for damages resulting from the continued operation of garage door systems previously flagged as “Unsafe” during our audit.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
